For HUMAN ID, the most important thing is that our product meets all your expectations, but if for any reason you want to return a product purchased in our online store, you can do so without any problem and at no cost.


- Return any product purchased online within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery date.

- Inside the box with your order, you will also find the return label

- Items must be returned unused, washed and in perfect condition, with their packaging and all their original labels.

- Do not forget to have your package prepared and well packed so that you can deliver it at no cost to the courier center closest to you, just sticking the label that has arrived on your order.

- You must fill out the brief returns form that is on this page so that our team registers your return, you are aware of its status and you can track your package at all times.

When we confirm that your return arrived in perfect condition and without any problem, we will refund your money to the same card or payment method that you used to make your purchase. Please note that it may take a couple of business days for the payment to arrive in your bank account.

*The first two returns (they can include several garments each return as long as they correspond to the same order), will be completely free, from the third return made within a period of 3 months from the first, a cost of 7 euros will be applied per return.

*If discount codes were used when the purchase was made, the value of the discount code will not be refunded.


We do not accept changes, but do not worry. If you need another size or model, you would have to return the product (at no cost).

By filling out the returns form you will be able to find the store credit option so that as soon as we correctly receive your return you can re-select the size or model you prefer without having to pay again for your order. Do not forget to follow the instructions that we have previously mentioned in the returns section.


Cancellation of an order is only possible if preparation has not yet started. Please contact our Customer Service team to manage your cancellation request.

If we were unable to cancel your order and you wish to return an item after delivery, please follow our returns process.

What to do if you have received a defective or incorrect product

All our products undergo strict quality controls before being distributed. In the unlikely event of receiving a defective item, write to us providing the following information.

Once the returned item has been examined, we will contact you via email to inform you of its replacement (if applicable) or its refund.

If the packaging of the order is damaged or broken at the time of delivery, contact the transport company as soon as possible.
